Due to increased server usage during the upgrade process a few sites unfortunately timed out during the upgrade process stopping their upgrade path before the final step. Due to this, the LMS was confused as the database had not been upgraded however the code had thought that it should be. As such we have manually verified the integrity of all customers databases. Service should be restored across all sites.

We are aware of an ongoing issue where the upgrade process halted causing "Error Reading From Database" which is affecting approximately 20% of all sites. We are working on rectifying this issue and apologise for any inconvenience.

With significantly more servers to handle load site access should be restored, sites may appear slightly slower than usual due to the amount of upgrades that will take place today.

The servers load due to mass upgrades today is causing a partial outage to some connections. We are increasing the number of servers to restore full service.

The CLC automatically upgrade your Moodle version for the best possible performance and security. We have been working tirelessly to test the new platform and ensure that all functionality works correctly. Heavy modifications have been made to the hierarchies module to ensure it works smoothly throughout the upgrade. This will be taking place Monday. Sites will not go down however many sites will get a message saying "Moodle needs to upgrade, click continue to complete". Site speeds may be decreased during this upgrade time however all sites will remain functional.
